Whisky Birmingham invites Soul Food project!
March the 1st will see The Bond, Fazley street in Digbeth be taken over once again by The Birmingham Whisky Club. The brain Child of Amy Seton. Team soul food have always loved working with Amy & Co on different events and this aint no exception no sir!!! Last year was a massive success, with food flying out lining stomachs, whisky flowing and finishing of with a speak easy bar in the evening!!
We have been invited to keep everyone well fed and we will be serving home smoke meats, down chowing Gumbo’s, and house Moqueca all day long!!

Duck Gumbo: A Louisianan staple stew, slow cooked duck with Spanish chorizo, sweet potato and served with sourdough bread.
The Reuben: home cured pastrami, house pickles, dressings slabbed in between rye sour sough and then toasted.
Pulled pork : smoked, and slow cooked pork shoulder served with slaw and pickles and hunk of a warm sourdough….
Moqueca: a Brazilian coconut and peanut stew, with sweet potato, plantain and pineapple swerved with chapati and a rocket salad.
