For the fourth and final evening of The Harborne Trials, the Peel & Stone Harborne team are going all Portugese!
Serving from 4pm – 8pm, with craft beers on sale too, this will be the last time to meet the team before they head off to ready the Harborne site.
On the menu;
Piri Piri Chicken
Spiced chicken thigh & wings served with sweet potato and coconut milk mash and salad.
Fish stew made with mussels, squid, mackerel, hake and croutons.
Black bean soup
A soup made from black beans, shallots, onions, bell peppers and spices. This is then finished with a drizzle of sour cream and a chunk of our multigrain bread.
Rice cooked with spices and tomatoes.
Homemade churros dusted with star anise sugar and coffee chocolate sauce.
