Sunday step up

We are stepping up our Sunday Roasts. Last year we were voted in the top 50 Sunday roasts in the country by The Independent. We want to push things forward, we want to experiment with different cuts, glazes and sides to make sure our roasts are always recognised as some of the finest around.

Our chefs have been getting together to come up with a few ideas they want to try out in the coming weeks. Expect ginger wine roast chicken, spiced lamb shanks and beef shins with horseradish Cajun dumplings.

We are always looking for great ideas so let us know in the comments what you’d like to see on your Sunday roast.

Roasts are available every Sunday from 12 at The Victoria and Soul Food Project HQ – The Church.
