Happy Holidays !

Hi Soul Fooders,

A brief message of festive cheer from your local Soul Food joint !

As we wrap up another year at Soul Food Project, we wanted to take the time to say thanks for all the support over the past 12 months, it’s been an exciting year that has seen us host the likes of Craig Charles, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Quantic and has also seen us take over food operations at The Victoria in Birmingham.

In 2012, we intend to keep improving Soul Food with new menus, more events, more tasting evenings and pop ups in some unexpected places……With this in mind, watch this space ;)

None of this would be possible without our loyal customers who support and engage with us on a daily basis so a massive thank you to you all, all that’s left to do is raise a glass and see 2012 in with a cheer!

In  the mean time, here’s a video from our head chef Carl Finn showing you all how to make the perfect Egg Nog…

Happy Holidays !
